Christine Aguilera files for divorce, seeking share custody of child

(HMG Celebrity News) - Just two days after she and her revealinghusband, Jordan Bratman had separated, have filed Christina Aguileradivorce.

But this has left people confused asit is alleged by some close to the couple that Christina had actuallycheated.

The couple also have a prenup and divorce petition asks that theSeparate property - so Jordan gets nothing.

The date of separation is listed as September 11 of this year.

The petition also seeks to bring any rights or ability Jordan may haveobtaining spousal or child support from his soon-to-be ex-wife.

Aguilera has made a concession, though: She asks the court to giveshould be shared between her and Bratman.

Sources close to the couple say their marriage imploded after Jordandiscovered his wife of five years had been cheating.
