When we posted this picture of the British singer VV Brown recentlyweekend's Black Girls Rock!, I could not stop staring at her glowy cheeks. It isSuch a beautiful way to show defined cheekbones or false them.
Want to snag VV Brown's hot cheek look? Do it with these easy steps:
1. After applying your foundation and powder (or a lit from within to seeapply your blush before powder), dust a matte coral pink blush, universallyflattering on brown skin Illamasqua Powder blush in Tweak(See a swatch of it on me here)
2. If you were lucky enough to snag a light MAC Miner AlizeSkinfinish in shades like By Candlelight,Porcelain Pink or Shimpagne, these areperfect for this look. If not, try MAC Miner Alize Skin Finish in Soft andGentle currently available now on the MAC website. Apart from thissee, at any time MAC comes out with an MSF you should consider getting one.Depending on the shade they enter, they can be used as highlighters orbronzers.
If you MSF-less, try a luminizer like Benefit High Beamor Bare Escuentals All Over Face Powder (it need not reachacross your face) in Rose Radiance.
For liquid luminizer, take a dab of it on your fingers and apply it in acircular motion to the apples of your cheeks. Blend it with a blush orpowder brush to ensure you get a uniform application. For powder luminizer, use asweeping MAC # 187 (aka skunk brush) gently dust the brush into the powderand squeeze any excess. Lightly brush it on the apples of cheeks.
