Lindsay Lohan has dodged a bullet big this morning, when Judge Elden Fox orderedher back in rehab until at least Jan. 3, but spared her jail over time.
The troubled star must return to court Feb. 25 and will be submitted torandom testing between leaving rehab until the court date.
If Lindsay is not a positive result for drugs or alcohol, his sentence will beconverted to unsupervised probation. So if she stays clean, the problem solved.
THAT CLOSE: Lindsay Lohan is headed back to BettyFord, not jail.
The DA, enough of the nonsense Lindsay, recommended him to 180 daysCounty Jail. The judge could have given him a sentenced year iffound necessary.
However, Fox was sympathetic to Lohan, but at the same timestern. Lindsay noddedin agreement.
