Will the real Madonna stand up?

I am the same age as Madonna. I still look at photos of her in theDolce Gabbana and the new ads and thought, why not look like that? I keeppitching ideas to this newspaper: send me to his wife in New York laser. WhatI have about a facelift, and you shoot me before and after? I worked inthe world of fashion, I put the head of a celebrity on a differentbody, I got rid of Heidi Klum crow's feet, I plumped Renee Zellweger isshoulders. I even touched up the photo to my editor. But I still believein reality an image that I see in a glossy magazine.

photos retouched images not used in thecampaign just hit the internet. You can see the veins in the arms of Madonna'suneven skin tone. In the ad, her lips are plumper, more sculpted cheeks. Itstill seems fine, but it has flaws. The ad looks like an airbrushpainting, which is really what it is.

Airbrushing is commonplace in the editorialWhy is it important we keep you showing these pictures before and after? Becauseeven if you know in your brain that women do not really look like, not eventhe richest, most famous and celebrated, your heart and your courage to tell youyou're not good enough. You have to buy the cream / go to the gym / objectpainful than surgery. Or, which is a big OR, you can not buy thiscream, and if you feel you will never measure up. Call now for amoratorium on Photoshop, or at least a kite mark to show a pictureunadulterated.
