An attorney for Britney Spearsâ € ™ ex-husband called child abuse claimsdirected against the singer by a former bodyguard baseless and motivated by money.
Fernando Flores, who worked at singerâ € ™ s security detail, sued Spears onWednesday claiming sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotionalanxiety. His lawsuit alleges Spears repeatedly exposed himself to him and thathe saw her punish her young sons with his belt and act inappropriately inFront them.
Kevin Federlineâ € ™ s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan told The Associated Pressto Floresâ € ™ accusations had been investigated before suit was filed andwarranted no action. He said Federline takes any allegation of abuse orwrongdoing regarding previous coupleâ € ™ s children seriously.
â € œHe is convinced that the allegations are a product of economic motives, â €?Kaplan said. â € œThey are as baseless as they seem.â €?
Federline has custody of the former coupleâ € ™ s sons, Sean Preston and JaydenJames, but Spears has substantial visitation with boys.
Kaplan said if Federline thought the children were in danger, he would haveentered into already.
He noted that Floresâ € ™ lawsuit was leaked to online news outlets beforesuit was filed. â € OEI believes that the timing of this and the nature of theshould speak for themselves.â €?
The lawsuit, which seeks unspecified damages and includes more sinisterallegations of Spears allegedly exposing himself to Flores.

The lawsuit alleges that Spears, among others exposed themselves to Floresand called him to her bedroom while she was naked.
